Watkins is the Enron vice president who told CEO Kenneth Lay in August 2001 that Enron's questionable dealings could cause the powerful corporation to collapse. Her claims were investigated, but ultimately ignored. She told Congress that Andrew Fastow and Jeffrey Skilling were likely to blame for Enron's fall.
