Petty Officer 2nd Class Christopher E. Watts, 28, of Knoxville, Tenn., a signalman from Little Creek Naval Amphibious Base, Virginia Beach, Va., was killed April 24, 2004.
He was among three killed in a suicide boat attack on the Basra oil terminal in the northern Persian Gulf. The three were assigned to the USS Firebolt.
