IMMIGRATION STATUS: In United States illegally. OCCUPATION: Operates Colonial Roofing and National Roofing, which list business address at the home of his brothers, Eljvir and Shain Duka. The Duka brothers are ethnic Albanians born in the former Yugoslavia. They're all illegal immigrants but have been living in the United States since 1984, when they were little boys. All are married with young children. They're also related by marriage to Shnewer. They attended Cherry Hill High School West. For years, neighbors complained about problems at their family's Cherry Hill home, from loud parties to livestock being kept in the yard. They operated roofing companies that did work for fire houses in Cherry Hill, among other places. Dritan and Shain Duka once owned a pizzeria in Washington Township. Authorities say Dritan Duka, a father of five, tried to buy guns — not only for the plot, but also previously. He's also made news because earlier this year, a Cherry Hill municipal court worker admitted fixing parking tickets for him.
