The 2006 Primetime Emmy Awards were handed out Aug. 27, 2006, in Los Angeles. Nominations were announced July 6, 2006, by past winners Emmy winners Julia Louis-Dreyfus ("Seinfeld") and Brad Garrett ("Everybody Loves Raymond").
Winners were being announced tonight during a program hosted by Conan O'Brien.
