The Marco Polo, the world's biggest container ship, leaves Southampton docks on Dec. 10, 2012, in England. On its first visit to Europe, the 177 feet wide and 1299 feet long container ship - which is 167 feet longer than the Queen Mary II - will mostly carry consumer goods for delivery to shops for Christmas.
