Participant Martin Breiter, dressed in traditional Bavarian lederhosen, competes in the 5th ox racing championship, Aug. 26, 2012, in Muensing, Germany. The competition, which only takes place once every four years, is a race of jockeys riding bareback on oxen across a field and is complemented with a morning procession and "ox ball" (featuring roasted ox) in a festivities tent after the races.
