Police in a Philadelphia suburb say they've arrested a woman who offered sex for World Series tickets. Bensalem police say 43-year-old Susan Finkelstein, shown here in a Facebook photo, was arrested on Tuesday, Oct. 27. 2009 for prostitution and related offenses.
