The FBI released a new photo of the man suspected of killing 20-year-old Morgan Dana Harrington, a former Virginia Tech student. She was last seen on October 17, 2009 near the John Paul Jones Arena in Charlottesville, Va., at a Metallica concert. Her body was discovered three months later.
