A Cat's "Sticky" Situation
A female cat was found duct-taped from head to paws and left abandoned in a Philadelphia yard on Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2009. Pennsylvania Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (PSPCA) workers fondly named her "Sticky."
