Who is Raymond Clark III?
Raymond Clark's fiancée Jennifer Hromadka wrote on her MySpace blog that Clark "is a bit naive, doesn't always use the best judgment, is not the best judge of character but, he is a good guy." The 24-year-old was arrested on Sept. 17, 2009 and charged with murdering Annie Le.
