Arturo Gatti weighs in at 146 pounds in Atlantic City, N.J., on July 13, 2007, for his welterweight title match against Alfonso Gomez. As a fighter, Gatti, was notoriously tough and hard working and had won the loyalty of fans in his native Italy, as well as Montreal, where he was raised, and Jersey City, N.J., where he lived most of his adult life.
