Joe Jackson Suspects "Foul Play"
"I just couldn't believe what was happening to Michael. I do believe it was foul play. I do believe that. Yes," Joe Jackson said in an interview Friday with ABC News. But he didn't say how his son may have been killed or who he felt was responsible.
