Fla. teen charged over underage same-sex relationship Juan Garnica Jr., 18, is charged with first-degree murder for allegedly beating Abigail Villalpando, an 18-year-old Illinois woman, to death with a hammer and then setting her body and car on fire, CBS Chicago reports. Police said her body was discovered on the morning of Feb. 2, 2013 in a wooded area near Montgomery, Ill., a day after she was reported missing. Police say Garnica knew Villalpando. Garnica allegedly killed her by hitting her several times in the head with a hammer, and then stuffed her body into a tote container. Later, he allegedly torched Villalpando's car and burned her body in a barrel before dumping it. The motive for the crime is unclear. Villalpando's death was the first murder in Aurora, Ill. since December 2011.
