NYPD: Man charged with stabbing woman on street
Police have arrested a man in the stabbing of 25-year-old Sabatha Tirado on a Manhattan street. The incident occurred at about 10:30 a.m. Tuesday near Second Avenue and East 86th Street. Police say Curtis Forteau, 29, threw an unknown liquid into Tirado's face before stabbing her in the stomach as she crossed the street.
