On January 18, 2011, high school freshman Kameron Jacobsen hung himself in his bedroom after reportedly enduring online bullying, "psychological torture," and physical assaults by peers. His parents told CBS News that they did not plan to file charges against any of their son's bullies, instead they've been working to pass a state anti-bullying law.
