Former Miss USA Rima Fakih was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving after appointing herself designated driver for the night, her attorney said.

The Detroit Free Press reports that the 26-year-old was arrested and jailed by Highland Park police Saturday around 2:15 a.m., and charged with misdemeanor drunk driving. Her attorney Doraid Elder said he could not say what her blood alcohol level was at the time of her arrest or where she and her companion had been drinking.
