Michelle Parker was last seen on Nov. 17, 2011 when she dropped off her twin children at their father's townhouse. Police said the missing mother of three disappeared the same day an episode of "The People's Court" aired in which Parker and her ex-fiancé Dale Smith argued over who was responsible for the cost of a missing $5,000 engagement ring. Police in Orlando, Fla. named Smith as the prime suspect in Parker's disappearance, but they have not charged him with any crime. Michelle Parker's family filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Smith in March 2013.
