Alicia DeBolt: A Life Cut Short
Investigators have identified a severely charred body found Tuesday at an asphalt plant in central Kansas as that of 14-year-old Alicia DeBolt, who had been missing since Saturday, according to the attorney general. Anyone with information on her disappearance is urged to contact the Great Bend Police Department at 620-793-4120.
