Army Capt. Christopher Scott Seifert is shown in a 1997 photo from the Moravian College yearbook. Army Capt. Seifert, 27, was killed when a U.S. soldier threw grenades into three tents at a U.S. Army command center in Kuwait, killing Seifert and wounding 15 others.
