American residents in Japan hold candles as they stand outside the U.S. Embassy together with others to pay tribute to the victims of the Sept. 11 terror attack on the World Trade Center in New York, the Pentagon near Washington and a crash in Pennsylvania during a vigil in Tokyo on Sept. 11, 2006. About 200 people gathered outside the embassy to mark the fifth anniversary of the terror attacks.
