Michael Jackson's "baby dangling" moment is now the stuff of parenting infamy.
In 2002, the star held his struggling 9-month-old son, Prince Michael II, over his hotel balcony during a stay in Berlin. Jackson held his son with just one arm around the his waist over a metal railing.
In a statement, Jackson said through his lawyer that the incident was a "terrible mistake." The statement read, "I offer no excuses for what happened. I got caught up in the excitement of the moment. I would never intentionally endanger the lives of my children."
