Brooklyn Beckham

Soccer star David Beckham and former Spice Girl wife Victoria's 12-year-old son is strangely named after the New York borough of Brooklyn. Why Brooklyn? Victoria was fond of the name "Brooke," and when she found out she was pregnant, she was in Brooklyn. She opted for Brooklyn instead of Brooke because, to her, it sounded more masculine.
