Jane Fonda
Fonda arrives at the 1969 Academy Awards ceremony in Los Angeles April 7, 1970. She was nominated for best actress for her role in "They Shoot Horses, Don't They?" She did not win that year (Maggie Smith did, for "The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie") but she did win two years later for her performance in "Klute."
