Oprah Winfrey makes her debut on this year's International Best-Dressed List, which originated in the '20s and will appear in the April issue of Vanity Fair magazine. Winfrey says Jackie Onassis and Coco Chanel are her fashion icons, and picks Gianfranco Ferre as her favorite designer.
