Russell Brand is seen after being booked in New Orleans, Thursday, March 15, 2012. The actor turned himself in to New Orleans police after an arrest warrant was issued for him on a charge of simple criminal damage to property valued at $700, authorities said. According to TMZ, Brand allegedly grabbed a photographer's cell phone and tossed it through a window.
