Make Way For Fay
Heavy surf roils against the Cocoa Beach Pier, a landmark in Cocoa Beach, Fla., Wednesday, Aug. 20, 2008, as wind and rain from Tropical Storm Fay moved slowly across Brevard County causing widespread flooding. Fay drenched the state for a third consecutive day, and forecasters warned the waters could worsen because the storm had stubbornly stalled.
