Court President Judge Giancarlo Massei reads the guilty verdicts in the trial in Perugia, Italy on Friday, Dec. 4, 2009, against American college student Amanda Knox and her one-time Italian boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito in the 2007 murder of her British roommate Meredith Kercher.
