Waters Rise In Midwest
Two people take a boat down flooded Main Street in Ottawa, Ohio, Friday, Aug. 24, 2007, after storms dumped up to 10 inches during a few hours on Tuesday, coming on top of several days of rain. Seventeen people are now dead in flooding and severe weather that has plagued the Midwest.
