Storms Lash Northwest
The bridge of one of the five boats that sunk at Crows Nest Marina as a result of a wind storm is all that remains above water in Tacoma, Wash., Friday, Dec. 15, 2006. A one-two punch of howling windstorms and heavy rains left at least four people dead and more than 1 million homes and businesses without power across Western Washington early Friday.
