A tornado passes near Sedalia, Mo., Sunday, March 12, 2006. The twister, which at times was up to one-half mile wide, displaced 100 to 150 residents on a diagonal path from eight miles south of Sedalia to eight miles east of town, an official said. Violent weather during the weekend, part of a line of storms that stretched from the southern Plains up the Ohio Valley, continued Monday.
