The White House Christmas Tree arrives

1995: First Lady Hillary Clinton accepts the White House Christmas tree November 27, 1995 during ceremonies on the South Lawn. The tree, which will be on display in the Blue Room, is an 18 and a half foot Fraser fir tree. It was presented by Grand Champion Christmas tree growers Ron Hudler and Danny Dollar from West Jefferson, N.C.
