Perry's 53-second "oops!" moment

First up, the 53-second flub heard 'round the Internet. During a Republican presidential debate in November, Rick Perry forgot which government agency he had previously promised to eliminate. "And I will tell you, it is three agencies of government when I get [to the White House] that are gone. Commerce, Education, and the... what's the third one there? Let's see." He paused.

After a painfully long effort at remembering, Perry finally gave up: "I can't. The third one, I can't. Sorry. Oops."
