Amanda Bynes was reportedly arrested on suspicion of DUI on April 6, 2012, in Los Angeles. According to TMZ, law enforcement officials say the actress was trying to pass a police car in her black BMW, when she ended up sideswiping the vehicle. She was then pulled over and "cops determined she was not fit to be behind the wheel." The actress was arrested at 3 a.m. in West Hollywood, the website reports.
