Rep. Randy "Duke" Cunningham, R-Calif., with his wife Nancy, announces he will not seek re-election July 14, 2005. Cunningham eventually resigned after pleading guilty to accepting bribes and underreporting his income. Federal authorities subsequently alleged that a defense contractor arranged for prostitutes to Cunningham and possibly others. Nancy Cunningham said in 2007 that she planned to file for divorce.
