Nicole Richie and boyfriend Joel Madden leave court in Glendale, Calif., Friday, July 27, 2007, after Richie pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of drugs. Superior Court Commissioner Steven K. Lubell sentenced Richie to 90 hours in jail, fined her $2,048 and ordered three years' probation, noting that she was lucky nobody was killed when she drove the wrong way on a freeway.
