Smith, 39, died Feb. 8, 2007, after collapsing at a Florida hotel. Her mysterious death came five months after the death of her beloved son, Daniel. The 21-year-old collapsed and died in his mother's hospital room in the Bahamas days after the former pinup gave birth to a baby girl. Since her untimely death, there's a battle over who gets to bury her and who is the father of her young daughter.
