"Godfather of Soul" James Brown performs during a concert at Yunfeng Theater in Shanghai, China on Feb. 22, 2006. The concert was Brown's first performance in Mainland China. Brown died in the early morning of Dec. 25, 2006, after being hospitalized for pneumonia.
