Heatherette extended its 15 minutes of fame with a show of campy club-kid couture worn by crypto-socialites like Paris and Nicky Hilton, before a noisily appreciative audience. Yet, the too-hip label seems to be moving inexorably toward clothing that a real person might actually wear.
