Queen Elizabeth II leaves Buckingham Palace to address Parliament at the official State Opening of Parliament ceremony on May 9, 2012, in London. The monarch unveiled the coalition government's legislative program in a speech delivered to Members of Parliament and Peers in the House of Lords.
