1984

Charlie Sheen's career got off to a great start. In 1984 he appeared in "Red Dawn," a what-if about a Communist invasion of America. He followed that film with high-profile starring roles in two Oliver Stone films, "Platoon" (1986), which won Best Picture, and "Wall Street."
