Venus Williams received quite a bit attention on Sunday, Sept. 5, 2010, at the U.S. Open, not for defeating No. 18 seed Shahar Peer in straight sets, but for her choice of attire. The tennis superstar opted to wear a self-designed form-fitting pink dress with matching bedazzled shorts.
