German pop star Nadja Benaissa waits for the beginning of a session of her trial in the district court house in the western German city of Darmstadt on Aug. 19, 2010. Benaissa, a singer from the German girl band "No Angels" has gone on trial accused of causing bodily harm by having unprotected sex despite knowing she was HIV-positive. According to the charge sheet, obtained by AFP, Benaissa had unprotected sex on five occasions between 2000 and 2004 with three men and did not tell them she was infected.
