Centerfold and brunette bombshell Hope Dworaczyk poses for Twitter as a makeup artists applies body paint on her before her first Playboy photo shoot. Dworaczyck (pronounced Dor-ah-sik) will soon make Playboy history as the first playmate to pose for a 3-D spread.
