Shocking medical scans

A 20-month-old girl named Olivia Smith accidentally impaled herself on a pencil. The writing tool entered through her right eye socket and lodged itself into the left hemisphere of her brain. Luckily, it missed all major arteries, veins and nerves, so doctor's were able to remove it without any permanent damage.
