British pops singer Cheryl Cole has become a fashion icon across the pond, but let's hope her adoption of the blood type diet stays out of style.Cole told Hello! magazine that the diet, which has different food plans depending on blood type, has improved her shape and energy levels."Your blood group cannot affect digestion or the way food is broken down," says dietitian Sian Porter. "This theory is really just another spin on reducing overall calorie intake."
