Your house is your castle, right? But smoke-free advocates say your right to smoke is trumped by the rights of an infant living with you. A few municipalities IN LOCATION, have banned smoking in apartment buildings, according to the New England Journal of Medicine

Their logic? The chances of a baby under 18 months becoming a victim of sudden infant death syndrome quadruples if just one parent in the house smokes, says the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America.
