This picture taken Dec. 30, 2012, in the port of Dakar shows fireworks waiting to be moved offshore to be lit on New Year's Eve. Senegal's capital will organize the "biggest fireworks" of its history, and plans to use six tons of pyrotechnical material, operated by Portuguese pyrotechnists.
