Roy Huibers lowers the gang plank of his father's 230-foot-long Noah's Ark replica in this file photo. The builder, who conceived of the project as a testament to his faith in the literal truth of the Bible, hoped his ark would encourage people to start reading the Bible and that it will help spread the word of Christianity.
