Twin Iran quakes kill hundreds

Iranians mourn over the covered bodies of loved ones in the village Baje-Baj, near the town of Varzaqan, on August 12, 2012, who were killed in twin earthquakes that hit northwestern Iran on August 11. Officials in Iran called a halt to rescue operations following twin quakes that devastated scores of villages, killing 250 people and injuring hundreds, saying all survivors had been located and saved.
