Hurricane Sandy rescue missions

A Jayhawk helicopter operated by the U.S. Coast Guard continues search and rescue operations for captain Robin Walbridge of the tall ship HMS Bounty, which turned on its side 90 miles southeast of Hatteras, N.C. during Hurricane Sandy on Monday, in Elizabeth City, N.C., Oct. 30, 2012. Sandy, the storm that made landfall Monday, caused multiple fatalities, halted mass transit and cut power to more than 6 million homes and businesses.
